Betterhouse is an independent online home-goods store based in Ocala, Florida, founded in 2026. We sell cotton quilt sets, sheet sets, Turkish cotton flannel sheets, mattress toppers, bath towels, throw blankets, kitchen towels and everyday home essentials, and we ship to all 50 U.S. states (some items exclude AK/HI). Who ships Betterhouse orders?
Orders ship directly from our U.S.-based supplier partners. If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. We email tracking details as each package ships.
Is Betterhouse related to Better Houseware or BetterHouse.io?
No. Betterhouse (betterhouse.com.co) is an independent store and is not affiliated with Better Houseware Corp., BetterHouse.io or other businesses with similar names. Although our web address ends in .com.co, Betterhouse is a U.S. business that serves U.S. customers in U.S. dollars.
Where do you ship?
We ship within the U.S., not internationally; some products can't be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii. Standard shipping is $8 per shipment; orders of $70 or more ship free. Read our shipping policy.
When will my order arrive?
Orders usually arrive in 4–8 business days, including processing and transit. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. Products from different suppliers may arrive separately, and we email tracking information when they ship. Shipping details.
Can I return my purchase?
