Betterhouse is an independent online store founded in 2026 by Chad Turner and based in Ocala, Florida. We sell exclusively online at betterhouse.com.co and ship to customers across the United States.

Betterhouse is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Chad Turner. Orders, returns, and customer service are handled directly by Betterhouse.

How we source

We don't manufacture or inspect products ourselves. Our U.S.-based supplier partners fulfill and ship orders directly from their facilities. If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers. Orders usually arrive 4–8 business days after you place them, including processing and shipping. Betterhouse is your point of contact for order questions and returns.
